Guest Access

Accommodation is limited to the 1st and 2nd floors of THE SWEETEST HOUSE.

Room Specifications

• 3 Bedrooms (1F: 1 Double Bed, 2F: 1 Double Bed + 2 Semi-Double Beds)

• Indoor bath & outdoor terrace view bath (swimsuit required)

• 2 Toilets

• Counter kitchen

• 1 Washroom, 2 Makeup rooms

Capacity: Up to 8 guests (including 2 on single sofa beds)
Rates: Base rate includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests: ¥11,000 per person.

Stay Schedule

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM

• Check-out: until 10:00 AM

• Bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer
  (no body wash towels provided)

• De’Longhi coffee machine, toaster oven, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop

• Basic tableware, champagne glasses, wine glasses, wine cooler

• Free Wi-Fi

Daytime Guests (Non-Overnight Visitors)

• Non-staying guests may enter between check-in and 8:00 PM

• Fee: ¥5,500 per person (cash only, payable on the day)

• Apply by replying to your reservation confirmation email

• Staying beyond 8:00 PM will incur a penalty of ¥50,000 per person

• As required by law, daytime guests are not allowed to stay overnight

Children

• Up to 4 preschool children may stay

• First 2 children: free of charge

• From the 3rd child onwards: ¥5,500 per child (co-sleeping, up to 6 children)

Pets

• Up to 2 small dogs allowed (¥6,600 per dog per night, tax included)

• Medium/large dogs: please contact us in advance (different rates apply)

• Please bring your own pet food

Meals

• Meals are not included in the accommodation fee

• Options include: private chef services, local restaurant delivery, or nearby restaurants (details provided after booking)

• Kitchen equipped with induction cooktop and basic cooking utensils

⚠️ Use of fire equipment (including self-BBQ) on the terrace, garden, or indoors is strictly prohibited.
Only designated rental BBQ grills may be used as an optional service.

Kitchen Use: Guests may freely use the kitchen. Please wash used dishes/utensils and leave them by the kitchen area; staff will sanitize and return them to storage.

Note: Only approved chefs/service providers may enter. Outside vendors are not permitted.

Payment

• Payment is required in advance by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking

• For bank transfer: follow the payment instructions provided after booking

• Please notify us in case of cancellation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees even before payment is completed

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds due to weather (except if major transportation routes are suspended — in such cases, full refund applies for affected days only)

Cancellation charges:

• 30–11 days before arrival: 10% of total stay

• 10–4 days before arrival: 50% of total stay

• 3 days before arrival to same day: 100% of total stay

Direct Orders

Optional services are arranged on-site and paid directly:

• Private chef services

• Delivery from selected restaurants in Hayama

• Private tarot reading

• Marine sports such as SUP

Note: Service availability depends on provider schedule. Entry of non-approved staff is strictly prohibited.

Terms of Use

• We are not responsible for accidents, theft, or damages in the parking area

• Guests are responsible for costs related to any facility/equipment damage caused by negligence

• Please act responsibly within the property; we are not liable for accidents/injuries related to excessive drinking, etc.

• Please be mindful of neighbors at all times (day and night)

• In cases of suspected theft, we will promptly notify the local police

Service contents are subject to change without notice.

Prohibited Acts

This property is reserved for respectful guests only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Entry of non-registered guests (for safety and security reasons)

• Smoking indoors (smoking area available on the terrace only)

• Use of unauthorized BBQs, yakiniku grills, candles, fireworks

• Loud music, incense, or strong odors

• Any illegal acts such as drugs or gambling (suspicion of drug use will be reported to police immediately)

• Commercial photography or activities contrary to public morals

Security

The property is located near the Imperial Villa in Hayama, a highly secured area.
It is also included in designated police patrol routes.

We enforce strict rules to prevent crime and noise disturbances, so that guests with respect and good manners may enjoy a safe and pleasant stay.
